Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

Print Your Label

Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your K18 products in their original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
